DescriptionI am a Lyricist living in Scotland. My lyrics generally speaking start life as poems and then I shape them into lyrics. I create sensory experiences with words and make no apologies for that. After winning the lyrics only category of the UK song writing contest I have been looking for opportunities to collaborate. I write a range of folk, Americana and country and can come up with basic melodies in my head. I'm looking to collaborate, not looking for a paid service. Recently through SongU I have active collaborations with a number of musicians. I want to work with musicians and singers to bring my lyrics to life, but I also want to write for others, bring their ideas to life, because I truly love writing. I have had poems published in four anthologies and my goals are to publish a collection of poetry and be part of bringing songs to life.
