DescriptionI was offered a contract by Jaheim the singer to join his independent label known as “Julies Dream Music Group” in 2014. His credentials speak for themselves. I signed not too long after it was offered. After 5 years of touring with Jaheim for most of the country, I decided to part ways. I'm a very creative writer. Putting words together with style is like second nature to me. I have been writing and recording to rap and R&B music most of my life. As an artist, I feel like being able to record very well gives you an advantage as a songwriter. Usually when you write a song for somebody, you have to perform the lyrics for the artist to understand their approach on the microphone. The better the performance, the easier it is for the artist to perform. Essentially, being a rapper allows me to embrace my writing to give you the best sound. Music evolves overtime. I feel like you have to adapt to the sound in order to stay relevant. So as music is evolving, i am adapting. For example, auto tune is huge in today's music. I decided to factor that into my arsenal as well. Although I'm no singer, I can give you a well performed reference track as well.
