DescriptionI’m a Brisbane-based musician, performer and creative who is passionate about bringing different forms of art together. I’m currently studying contemporary music at the Queensland Conservatorium, with piano and keyboard as my main instruments. Music has been a major part of my life for many years, and I’m particularly interested in funk, R&B, soul, gospel, blues, jazz and pop. As a musician, I enjoy performing, arranging and creating my own interpretations of songs, but I’m now taking the next step into writing and developing my own original instrumental music. I love experimenting with grooves, chord progressions, melodies and different sounds, and I’m interested in eventually turning my instrumental ideas into complete songs through collaboration. I’m especially looking to connect with a vocalist, songwriter and lyricist who is passionate about creating original music. I’d love to work with someone who can bring their own melodies, lyrics, ideas and personality to the music, while I contribute piano/keyboard, musical ideas, arrangements and performance. An instrumentalist who plays guitar, bass, drums or another instrument would also be a [removed] of music, I’m also a creative person who enjoys visual art, designing my own artwork and creating choreography. I see myself as both an entertainer and a creator, and I want to build a career where music, performance, visual art and creativity can all come together. Ultimately, I’m looking to meet like-minded artists who genuinely enjoy creating, experimenting and collaborating. I’m open to starting with one song, building ideas together and seeing where the collaboration naturally leads. I’d love to find people who are ambitious, creative, reliable and excited about making something original together.
