DescriptionI am a songwriter/composer who seems to be writing mostly instrumentals these days. I am guitar player and have written songs (pop, folk, etc.) but am now mostly writing Baroque Style Pop using orchestral instruments (in particular flute, clarinet, oboe, strings, horns). It was suggested to me recently by a (small) record company exec that I work with a lyricist to make an opera ( or similar?) of all the songs I have. While I have no promise of anything being released or adopted by the industry, I am interested in talking with lyricists to see if they have an idea that appeals to me such that we could develop a project together and who knows where it might go.
