DescriptionHello. I’m a Lyricist, Songwriter and Topliner – in that preferred order! In my professional life, I’ve worked in copywriting, communication skills training and as a translator. I have a love of language and I think that shows in the lyrics I write. I’ve previously sung in bands and in amateur musicals – even managed to have one of my own produced with 16 of my original songs. I guess I love story-songs or at least songs that quickly paint a picture and draw the listener in. I enjoy most styles of music and hope to collaborate with musicians, composers, arrangers and producers who have similar tastes. Soft Rock, Country, Funk, power Ballads and of course the Evergreens and Oldies: Little Feat, Elton John, Bonnie Raitt, John Mayer and Motown hit the spot for me.
