DescriptionMy whole life, my emotions have been closed to me. But I have had a complete spiritual/emotional awakening on account of a soulmate who passed through my life at the same time I received a cancer diagnosis. Although I have never before written a word of poetry, I suddenly find that my feelings of unrequited love for her canâ€™t be contained and, quite surprisingly, are spilling out of me in that form. I publish my poems on an anonymous Instagram account, but Iâ€™m finding this form of expression isnâ€™t nearly enough. I feel that it needs to be a song! But I have no musical ability [removed] I am looking to collaborate with a composer/songwriter to give this beautiful person and the effect she has had on me her proper due.
