DescriptionI'm a lyricist and songwriter from India. In 2021, I graduated with a BA in Creative Writing, English Literature and Psychology, in the span of which, I collaborated in the development of a 3 Act Album Songbook. In 2022, I completed 2 certified courses in music theory. I can assure you, I'm a great writer and work with any genre of music, with my preferences lying in pop, R&B and soul. Though, metal gives me migraines. I hope to collaborate and create music through this platform and meet likeminded musicians.
Dreams & AmbitionsDreams: 1. Create songs that affect people's lives. 2. Create songs that bring me joy. 2. Make a career out of that. 3. Get rich. I do realize there is a one in million chance for that to materialize but well, gotta try right?

Here's the outro I wrote for the album. Be sure to read the note at the end if you'd like to delve a little deeper into the lyrics. OUTRO: DEATH’S KISS Colours drain from your eyes Drain from your skin Your lips Bleed into mine We walk through Gardens of mint, Poppies and Elm Surround us Rotting souls With dusted dreams And with forgotten lives, all Seep into you Colours drain from your eyes Drain from your skin Your lips Bleed into mine NOTE: In Greek mythology, Charon, a ferryman of the God of the Underworld, Hades, carries souls of the newly deceased across the river Styx that divides the mortal world from the world of the dead. That is what I’ve tried to portray in this track. I had to research plants that are believed to be found in the Underworld to come up with the lines- “Gardens of mint, Poppies and Elm†-to give a general sense of the surroundings. The lines- “Rotting souls With dusted dreams And with forgotten lives†-are meant to represent the Fields of Asphodel, where souls that have neither done exceptionally good or bad deeds, are sent to roam around the fields for eternity. As for the instruments, nothing says dark like cello, pipe organ and waterphone. But the most important part is to not resolve the music, leaving the listener with this unsettling feeling wanting them to press play again.
