DescriptionI’m a 59 year-old songwriter/producer with recording studio and record label experience. I had minor league success from the 90s into the early 2000's. In 1991 I formed the band "Pain Mother Mercy" as the lead singer and main songwriter, through a few lineup changes we ended up with a development deal with Alan Selby owner at the time of the world famous Electric Lady Studio. I also worked with Bill Aucoin (Kiss, Billy Idol) Did a 5 song EP with producer David Prater (Firehouse, Dream Theater) Demoed songs with Dave Sardy (Oasis, Slayer, Jet, Spider-Man 3 sound track) My former attorney that represented me, also represented Kiss, David Bowie, Simple Minds and others at the time. Speaking of time, as it began to steal my youth I started to focus only on songwriting and producing when things didn’t pan out getting that golden ring. I found myself producing, cowriting & arranging songs in small studio's on the east coast, working with unsigned band's like the original line up of "Devine Love Mission", I also produced demo's for the band Dana & The Plastic's. Most notable for me as an arranger producer was the band "Through You" out of Orlando Florida in the early 2000s. They were on the climb, selling out The Hard Rock, and other venue's like The House Of Blues, eventually making their way onto the Korn Family Values tour in 2006, sharing a tour bus with Five Finger Death Punch. Unfortunately by the end of that tour Through You broke up. By then I was spent with the disappointment and fragile ego's of other musicians. I have been mostly out of the game since. I’m still sitting on a lot of good songs and ideas new and older that 100% fit into today's issues. Use of AII recently started working with AI, to either help bring my older ideas to life, or to hear a different variation of them with different styles of vocals, and instrumentation. However, after one of my sons pointed out to me the damage that AI is doing from the data centers and how dangerous they are for the environment I stopped. I was naïve to that at the time. However, knowing that now I no longer work with AI. I found verse-chorus to hopefully find quality people who are musicians and writers to work with.
