DescriptionI began writing songs when I was in my early twenties and at that time had professional demos made in Nashville. I went up and down music row handing them out to whoever would listen. Eventually Ed Russell of castle records heard our material and he signed 3 of our songs to publishing deals on his record label Castle Records. This ultimately allowed me to get my professional credentials as a new BMI member. While none of the songs achieved commercial success the publishing deal did help us get our foot in the door as professional writers. Fast forward to the present and I’m still seeking the same thing success as lyricist. I’ve worked at my craft for 35 years and I’m ready to collaborate with a talented individual to work towards our shared professional aspirations becoming reality. I love to write song lyrics and create art so money and fame while an obvious benefit are not even close to why I write. My talent is simply as a word man. I defer the singing and music to others talented in those collaborative areas. These days I mostly write Christian, gospel and country lyrics. If my bio and goals interests you let’s connect!

EquipmentMy equipment is super portable. They consist of a yellow legal pad, pen, a writers heart and a great imagination!
