Mental health
TITLE (Mental Health)
Verse 1
Mental health problems yes I do have,
Sit in silence unable to speak to my dad,
My dad passed away when I was young,
I don't want this same problem to happen to my daughters or son.
Chorus
Leave me alone,
I just want to heel,
It's nothing personal,
It's just how I feel.
Verse 2
My illness I suffer from many symptoms,
Don't wanna talk to anyone cause they can only just listen,
Keep explaining the problems over again,
To the same people it gets very very annoying,
Boring also keep repeating myself,
It just makes it worse to my mental health.
Chorus
Leave me alone,
I just want to heel,
It's nothing personal,
It's just how I feel.
Verse 3
There's no help out that can make me feel better,
With so many problems I can express in this letter,
I've worked all my life but now only get universal credit,
This doesn't even cover my rent or any direct debits,
Bills, phone calls, letters and emails are constant,
With no job, income or money I'd rather they'd forgotten,
Forgotten will not happen in the day and age,
Inside my system it causes outrage.
Chorus
Leave me alone,
I just want to heel,
It's nothing personal,
It's just how I feel.
Verse 4
Don't want to talk to anyone or go outside,
It's nothing personal id just rather hide,
Hiding in silence is the only treatment for me,
A few weeks or 3 pass by and then I become me,
This is far from easy as it may sound,
If not left alone il just hit the ground,
I suffer from panic attacks, anxiety, depression, S.a.d and stress,
I could go on and tell you the rest.
Them problems above seem enough for me,
Which Is what I don't want my children to see.
Chorus
Leave me alone,
I just want to heel,
It's nothing personal,
It's just how I feel.
Verse 5
The energy, drive and passion you had,
Has all faded away which all seems so sad,
Constantly sleeping, Tiredness, headaches, moods and long face,
Around me is just not the right place,
This can't be only happening to me and living in fear,
Speak up people for the world to hear.

Surviving
Title
(Surviving)
Verse 1
They always wanna question you,
All different people try and tell you what to do,
They don’t understand what your going through,
The places and thoughts that are in your mind,
All the time,
There constant,
Can never be forgotten,
No matter how hard or what you try,
It's like a ticking bomb inside.
Chorus
Ticking bomb,
Why did it go so wrong,
So wrong,
So wrong,
So wrong,
Ticking bomb.
Verse 2
The ups the downs the maybes,
It's sending me so crazy,
Want to put them in the past,
Right behind me,
So you and me can never see,
Them horrid days again,
Just need to get on with my life again,
My kids are my best friends,
I don’t no where I’d be without them,
I’m done with all the shouting,
The crying,
Just got to keep on trying,
To get back the happy days again,
The laughter,
The banter,
Popping open the champer,
Going to new places,
Meeting different faces,
Wondering what I can do next in life,
Maybe meet my future wife.
Chorus.
Ticking bomb,
Why did it go so wrong,
So wrong,
So wrong,
So wrong,
Ticking bomb.
Verse 3
Ime looking at reality,
Staring at the family tree,
The branches,
There getting shorter,
Not longer,
Need to be stronger,
For my family,
So they will see,
The positivity inside again,
That I'm trying to be a better person to my loved ones family and friends.
Chorus
Ticking bomb,
Why did it go so wrong,
So wrong,
So wrong,
So wrong,
Ticking bomb.
Verse 4
I’m never gonna give up trying,
Surviving
Every day is a struggle,
Its like falling into a dark puddle,
Trying to climb out but its to deep,
Just wanna get back on my own 2 feet,
To get my head back up high,
Like on cloud 9,
It might take some time,
Il get there in the end,
Might depend on my loved ones,
Family and friends.
Chorus
Ticking bomb,
Why did it go so wrong,
So wrong,
So wrong,
So wrong,
Ticking bomb.
Verse 5
My family stuck by me,
Everyone could see,
But not the haters,
They should of been grateful,
Not hatful ,
The jealousy didn’t affect me,
Reflected on me ,
No one listened when I was crying,
Nearly dying and nothing made sense.

High journey
Title (High journey)
Verse 1
Wake up in the morning,
Plans all in my head,
Feeling fresh and ready,
For the day ahead,
Always thinking poso,
Never lookin down,
Smile all on my face,
Grin from ear to ear,
Marching out the door,
without any fear.
Chorus
High journey,
High journey,
going where I choose,
Doing what I like,
Living for the dream,
Selfish it might seem,
High journey,
High journey.
Verse 2
Suitcase packed and ready,.
Heading out of town,
Passport in my pocket,
Dunno-what the plan,
Dressed up in the garms,,
Looking like a G,
Walking to my whip,
Car is not on finance,
Optid out of PIP.
Verse 3
Gonna hit the road,
Fast lane looking clear,
Pedal to the floor,
Looking out the rear,
Sat nav going crazy,
Police up all ahead,
Gonna shift to slow lane,
Need to dodge the feds.
Chorus
High journey,
High journey,
going where I choose,
Doing what I like,
Living for the dream,
Selfish it might seem,
High journey,
High journey.
Verse 4
Heading to the airport,
Destination not known yet,
Doesn't really matter,
One hundred large on a bet,
Gotta hurry up,
Dont wanna miss the flight,
Virgins always classy,
especially at night,
Laid up in my suite,
First class all the way,
Time to pop the crystal,
With a bag of !!!!!!!
Chorus
High journey,
High journey,
going where I choose,
Doing what I like,
Living for the dream,
Selfish it might seem,
High journey,
High journey.
Verse 5
Many hours later,
Wheels are touching down,
All up out my head,
Didnt go to plan,
Heading to the customs,
Eyes all open wide,
Looking really shifty,
Gonna get denied,
Refusal once again,
held up in the port,
Defo go the jail,
And not to the resort.
Chorus
High journey,
High journey,
going where I choose,
Doing what I like,
Living for the dream,
Selfish it might seem,
High journey,
High journey.
Verse 6
What a wasted journey,
gotta travel home,
Should I tell the misses,
she'll be laughing on the phone,
telling all her friends,
He's done it once again,
It's not episode number 1,
its episode number 10.

Title( Lonely)
Verse 1
Everyone has there problems,
Most find it hard to express,
Unable to share there feelings,
To get it of there chest.
They feel the world is against them,
Crying deep inside,
Been shouting out for everyones help,
All heard but only denied.
Feeling so rejected,
Why is this happening to me.
I'm scared to walk alone anymore,
And sit by the old oak tree.
Chorus
Reaching out,
Reaching out,
Hands all up in the air,
Crying out loud for some help,
But not getting heard anywhere,
Reaching out,
Reaching out,
Someone must hear my tear,
It's a lonely place to be out here,
All dark and living in fear.
Verse 2
Everyone stares from a distance,
With a face that l Im feeling judged,
Just wanna get swallowed up by the world,
As l shout out loud for some hugs,
We all make big mistakes in life,
Bad choices we make too,
No one on this earth is perfect,
That's including me and you,
Staring to the floor as I walk,
Wondering what to do,
So many thoughts in my head,
Wishing some would come very true,
Chorus
Reaching out,
Reaching out,
Hands all up in the air,
Crying out loud for some help,
But not getting heard anywhere,
Reaching out,
Reaching out,
Someone must hear my tear,
It's a lonely place to be out here,
All dark and living in fear.
Verse 3
This world can be cruel at most times,
Relentless even more so,
Kicking empty cans around the streets,
As I walk with a sock out my toes,
This shouldn't really be happening to me,
Misfortune yes I've had,
The good thing in life I had are now gone,
And wear nothing else but rags.
Chorus
Reaching out,
Reaching out,
Hands all up in the air,
Crying out loud for some help,
But not getting heard anywhere,
Reaching out,
Reaching out,
Someone must hear my tear,
It's a lonely place to be out here,
All dark and living in fear.
Verse 4
All I want is my family back and some special things in life too,
These things didn't seem as important before,
But I now know are surly true,
Mercy, mercy have mercy on me,
Family is all I need,
I don't want to sit by myself anymore against the lonely old oak tree.
