Lyrics by Kenneth Kelly

Writer's note: I chose this song because I wrote this song word-for-word in under 30 minutes in a parking lot. I wanted to write an '80s-style Arena Rock song, but it can be done as a Pop Rock or Power Pop song.

---------

[Verse 1]
Electric nights, hearts collide
In each other, sparks ignite
Your smile's a flame, heats up my mind
Chasing a high, desire's no crime

[Chorus]
Hearts set afire, what a desire
The flames keep getting higher
Holding so tight, we kiss the night
Flirting with the morning light
Making love fun (Making love fun)
Making love 'til we're done

[Verse 2]
Unstoppable, sentimental
Swept away, it's elemental
Chasing a dream, it goes by fast
It's okay, our fire's gonna last

[Chorus]
Hearts set afire, what a desire
The flames keep getting higher
Holding so tight, we kiss the night
Flirting with the morning light
Making love fun (Making love fun)
Making love 'til we're done

[Bridge]
The world outside is so cold
We got each other to hold
The world, you know, is so dark
We're one when we're heart to heart
Making love fun, fun, fun (Fun, fun, fun)
Making love like we'll never be done

[Chorus]
Hearts set afire, what a desire
The flames keep getting higher
Holding so tight, we kiss the night
Flirting with the morning light
Making love—

[Chorus]
Hearts set afire, what a desire
The flames keep getting higher
Holding so tight, we kiss the night
Flirting with the morning light
Making love fun (Making love fun)
Making love 'til we're done

[Outro]
Making love fun (Making love fun)
Making love fun...
